Every print in this shop is made to order — produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed. That means there’s no warehouse shelf and no pre-printed stock. What it also means is that every piece is made fresh, to the standards I’d want for my own walls.
Here’s what you need to know before you order.
How Your Order Is Produced
My prints are fulfilled through Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with production partners in 32 countries. Gelato’s system routes your order to the production facility closest to your delivery address — which means that in most cases, your print is made within the same country it’s being delivered to. This reduces transit time and supports local production.
Your order will arrive in packaging showing my name as the sender, not Gelato’s.
Delivery Times
Delivery time has two parts: production time (how long it takes to print and prepare your order) and shipping time (how long it takes to travel from the print facility to your door).
- Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days for domestic deliveries and 4–6 business days for international deliveries once your order has been produced.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery where offered in your country.
Exact estimated delivery dates — including both production and shipping time — are shown at checkout when you select your shipping method. These estimates are indicative and not a guarantee, but Gelato’s network is extensive and reliable.
Please allow a little extra time during peak periods such as the lead-up to Christmas.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your order, and your chosen shipping method. You’ll see the exact cost before you confirm your purchase — there are no surprises added after the fact.
Gelato uses flat-rate shipping for most products within defined geographical regions, which means the cost is consistent regardless of which country within that region you’re in. For some destinations, live rates are calculated in real time.
Where We Ship
Orders can be delivered to more than 200 countries worldwide. Gelato partners with over 40 shipping carriers globally to ensure reliable delivery across their network.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside my control. If you’re unsure whether duties apply in your country, I’d recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order to your door.
Something Went Wrong?
If your print arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. I’ll make it right.
Full details are on my Refund and Returns Policy page, but the short version is: if there’s a genuine fault, I’ll arrange a reprint or refund. Because every piece is made to order, I’m not able to accept returns for change of mind — but I do take quality seriously, and if something isn’t right, I want to know.
